Norco is not like the tract-home cities around it, and pest control here is not either. Horse property, outbuildings, feed rooms and big lots change what you are dealing with and where it has to be treated. I work with that rather than around it.

What Horsetown actually deals with
Norco protects its animal-keeping character on purpose – horse trails instead of sidewalks, corrals, hitching posts, tack and feed stores. That is the appeal of living here, and it is also why the pest pressure looks nothing like Eastvale or Corona. Where there are animals there is feed. Where there is feed there are rodents. And where there is manure there are flies.
Rodents around feed and tack rooms
Grain is the single biggest rodent draw in Norco. An open bag of feed, spilled pellets under a bin, seed in a shed – that is a food source that never runs out. Roof rats and house mice will nest in tack room walls, in stacked hay and in the space above stalls. Trapping on its own will not hold while the feed stays open to them, so part of what I do is walk the property with you and show you where the food and the harbourage are.
Flies
Manure and wet bedding are the breeding sites, and numbers build fast once it warms up. Real control here is mostly about the source – how the pile is managed, where the moisture sits, and timing – backed up with treatment. Anyone who tells you they can spray a fly problem away on a horse property without touching the source is selling you a repeat visit.
Black widows in outbuildings
Barns, tack rooms, hay stores, garages, and the underside of anything that has not been moved in a while. Norco has more of those spaces per property than anywhere else I work. Widows want undisturbed corners at ground level, which is exactly where people reach without looking first.
Ground squirrels and gophers
Large lots, pasture and irrigated turf. Past the damage to the ground itself, ground squirrel burrows undermine fence lines and outbuilding footings, and they bring their own parasites with them.
Ants and general insects
The same Argentine ants as the rest of the Inland Empire, pushing indoors when it gets hot or when the irrigation schedule changes.

Final pricing depends on the size of the property, how bad the pressure is, and how easy the problem area is to reach. If it is going to cost more than the starting price, I will tell you before I start, not after.
How the first visit works
Call or text me and tell me what you are seeing. On a horse property it helps to tell me what animals you have and where they are kept, because that shapes what I use and where.
When I arrive I walk the whole property first – the house, the outbuildings, the feed storage, the fence lines – because on a lot this size the problem is rarely where you first noticed it. Then I treat, and I tell you what I found and what to expect over the next few days.
For rodents I come back to check traps. If something is still going on after a treatment, tell me and I will come back out.

Common questions
Do you serve all of Norco?
Yes, the whole city – from the river down to the Corona line, and the hillside properties as well as the flat lots.
I have horses and livestock. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and it is a good part of my work. Tell me what you have and where they are kept before I start and I will plan the treatment around them – which products, which areas I stay out of, and how long to keep animals off anything I have treated.
How fast can you get here?
Usually the same day. I am just the other side of the river, not driving out from Orange County like a lot of the companies you will find online.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly and quarterly plans are there because they are the cheapest way to stay ahead of ants and rodents, but you can cancel any time and one-time service is always available.
What if they come back?
Call or text me and I will come back out. Nearly all my work comes from neighbours telling neighbours, so leaving a job half done is not something I can afford to do.
